Often overlooked, these toxins are worth getting rid of—for good. After all, they’re harmful to your long-term health (particularly, your hormones) and the environment. This year, how about taking a more mindful approach to spring cleaning? It’s time to rid your home of unnecessary toxins. By following simple steps in this guide, you can breathe easier in a healthier living space. Deep cleaning to detox your home has never been so effective.

The first step in detoxing your spaces is to declutter. Go through your belongings and get rid of anything that you no longer use or need. You are also clearing energy that is stagnant in your home.
2. CLEAN GREEN

To detox your home, switch to toxin free cleaning products. Look for eco-friendly cleaning products that are free from harsh chemicals.

This will remove contaminants from your drinking water, making it safer and healthier to drink.
